The third edition of Half marathon Atanasovsko Lake, dedicated to the Atanasovden of the eminent alumnus, was held at great winter time. This year, the sporting competition in 4 disciplines was on 21 January (Sunday) from 8.30 am to 1:30 pm

The biggest interest was once again at Salt worker for a Day, Salt Train, Salt Bazaar, but also to the Acro and Partners Yoga.

On the day of the festival, the new space for Atanasovsko lake was opened - "symbiotic". All day it was filled with various events and the evening at 6 pm in the presence of many guests was officially opened.

The 5th edition of the Festival was early in August and the whole day long.

90 children from 9 educational structures in Burgas participated to this year's Carnival of Biodiversity on the summer scene "Ohlyuva" in Burgas. Extremely artistic and masterful costumes of various inhabitants of the Living Nature of Bulgaria, and it was often possible to see the "nature" itself was presented in a varied and very exciting way. The Bulgarian Biodiversity Foundation, Municipality of Burgas, Regional Inspectorate of Environment and Water (RIEW) - Bourgas, together with all participants, created a colorful nature conservation holiday.

106 participants took a part in the half-marathon Atanasovsko Lake 2017, which was postponed for a week because of the bad weather. Here you can see the photos of our colleague Spas Uzunov from the event.

One of the places where we present the exhibition and especially we are excited by the reaction and interest of the audience is Veliko Tarnovo. Last night's opening of "symbiotic" in the hall of the Regional Information Center does not disappoint us, as more than 50 people came to touch in particular the Atanasovsko lake.

 

Thanks to the project "Lagoon in the eye of a bird - eco dron", funded by MOTO-PFOHE's donation program for preservation of the natural and cultural heritage of Bulgaria in 2014, BBF bought a dron with which it could monitor the state of Atanasovsko lake on top.
